The corpus is first-party by design. Core sources: SEC EDGAR (annual 10-K, quarterly 10-Q, current 8-K, insider Form 4, institutional 13F, fund N-PORT, and the XBRL financial facts inside each filing), NASDAQ Trader (the symbol universe and corporate reference data), FINRA (short interest and days-to-cover), company investor-relations pages, and public RSS feeds. We do not license a third-party data vendor's feed or relabel someone else's numbers as our own.
